Local delivery is available free of charge to 2500, 2502, 2505, 2506, 2528, 2518, 2519, 2525, 2526
Standard shipping is offered free of charge with purchases over $59.95 (Australia wide)
We ship from our warehouse located in the Wollongong. Standard deliveries arrive within 3-8 business days and deliveries to the rest of Australia
within 5-12 days.
If additional Products are added to the boxes the additional shipping cost will be calculated when checking out.
Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
Standard shipping takes approx:
-VIC 3-7 days
-NSW, ACT & SA 6-8 days
-QLD 5-7 days
-TAS, WA & NT up to 10 days
Due to Covid, shipping can sometimes be delayed. Once we share your package with Australia Post they will provide updates.
Please contact us admin@grandconnectiongifts.com.au to cancel your subscription.
We will send an email 2 weeks prior to the boxes being sent to give you the option to include a photo and personalised letter.
We automatically delete all photos after printing to protect your privacy.
It’s optional to include photos so if you don’t feel comfortable sharing a personal photo you could consider sharing a photo of a location or something of interest e.g. A fisherman, A car, A location. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you need help.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. Contact us via email at admin@grandconnectiongifts.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the connection box and include a photo of the damaged good. We will investigate the issue and contact you to provide updates.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard and debit cards and Paypal. All items are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD)
